Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of wakflow.com and the basics of working with Wakflow Automations (“Wakflow”, “we”). By using this site you agree to them. Any project we do for you is also covered by the written quote or agreement we send you; if the two differ, the quote or agreement wins for that project.

What this website is

This site describes our products and packages so you can decide whether to talk to us. The descriptions are summaries. The exact scope, price and timeline of any work are set in the written quote or agreement.

Quotes and payment

• Work is quoted as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly plan, after a short call about your business.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. GST is added where it applies.
• Payment dates and methods are stated in the quote.
• Add-ons and extra products are quoted separately.

Third-party platforms and usage costs

Some products rely on third-party services, such as WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta), telephony providers, email providers and AI model providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and they can change their rules or prices. Where usage is billed by a provider (for example messages on the official WhatsApp API, or AI usage beyond the monthly allowance), we bill it at actual cost or include it as stated in your quote. We protect your WhatsApp number with human-paced sending and by messaging only people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you, but we cannot promise that a platform will never restrict a number.

What you agree to

• Use Wakflow only for lawful purposes and follow the rules of each platform and Indian law, including consent rules for marketing messages and calls.
• Get the consent you need from your own customers before we message or call them for you.
• Give us accurate information, such as prices, policies and availability, and tell us when it changes.
• Keep your access details safe.

Your data

Your customer data and the content you give us remain yours. We process them on your instructions to deliver the service, keep them on private infrastructure we manage and back them up. On request, we will give you a copy when our work ends.

AI features

Our AI agents answer from the data and rules you give them and hand over to your team for anything complex. AI can still make mistakes. Please review anything important, such as prices and commitments, and tell us if the agent should behave differently.

Results

Figures on this site are from our own businesses, with the date shown. Results differ from business to business and we do not guarantee any particular outcome for yours.

Ownership

The wakflow.com website, brand and our own materials belong to Wakflow Automations. You may not copy them without our written permission. The systems we set up for you run on tools and licences that stay with us or their owners; your data and the content you provide stay with you.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business. Our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim.

Ending a plan

Either of us can end a monthly plan by giving the notice stated in the quote. Fees for work already done and for the notice period remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
