This policy explains what personal data Wakflow Automations (“Wakflow”, “we”) collects through wakflow.com and when you message us, why we collect it, who sees it and what your rights are under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act).

Wakflow Automations is an automation and AI agency based in New Delhi, India. For information collected through this website we decide why and how it is used. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

What we collect

• When you send the form on this site: your name, WhatsApp number, business name, what you would like to automate first, and optionally your email and a message.
• With the form, some technical context: the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link that brought you here, and the time.
• When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or email: your number, handle or email address, and the conversation.
• We do not ask for bank or card details, government ID numbers or passwords on this site. Please do not send them to us.

Why we use it

• To reply to you, understand your business and recommend the right Wakflow products.
• To prepare a quote and keep a record of our conversation.
• To improve this website and our service.
• To meet legal obligations.

We use your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form or messaging us. You can withdraw it at any time by telling us.

Who can see it

Our own team, and the service providers that host and run our systems (for example hosting, messaging and customer-record tools), who act only on our instructions. We may also share data where the law or a legal authority requires it. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply, to quote and to keep a fair record of the relationship. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to [email protected] and we will respond as promptly as we can and within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or marketing cookies. Our hosting and security provider may use technical cookies to keep the site working and secure. If we add analytics, we will say so here first.

If you are a Wakflow client

The customer conversations and records inside the systems we build for you belong to you. You decide what they are used for; we process them on your behalf and under our agreement with you, with nightly backups and private storage as described on our Care page.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other sites are governed by their own privacy policies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will also tell people we are in touch with.
