Do we get our own login to build automations?
No. You get the results — WhatsApp messages, an updated CRM, a report — never a login to the automation engine itself. Our team builds, tests and maintains everything, so nothing breaks when someone on your side changes.
What if the tool I use isn't on your list?
If it has a website or an app, it can almost always be connected directly, even without a ready-made connector. Tell us the tool and we'll confirm.
Will this replace my staff?
No — it removes the copy-paste and chasing work so your staff spend time on customers instead. Anything that needs judgement or touches money is built to pause for a person to approve.
How is this different from Zapier or similar tools?
Those tools charge you per task run and slow down or get expensive the moment your volume grows. Because this runs on our own server, adding more automations does not multiply your bill, and we can build things generic tools can't — like understanding a WhatsApp voice note or working entirely in Hinglish.
What happens if an automation fails?
Every run is logged. If something fails, our team is alerted and fixes it — usually before a customer notices anything changed.
Can it use AI without sending my data outside?
Yes, for clients who need it. We can run the AI models on our own server instead of an outside AI company's, which matters for clinics, legal and finance businesses.
