How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT answers questions in a browser tab and forgets you. Your Wakflow assistant remembers your business, lives in your WhatsApp or Telegram, works on a schedule without being asked, and actually does things — reads your files, updates your apps, checks your systems and sends you reports.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee, a monthly plan for hosting, maintenance and improvements, and AI usage at actual cost. We size the plan to how much you use it — a light personal assistant costs far less than a team of assistants running all day.
How long does setup take?
Days, not months. A basic assistant on your chat app can be ready quickly; connecting your business apps and switching on your daily jobs is done step by step with you, each one tested before it goes live.
Can I talk to it in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. Type or send voice notes in English, Hindi or Hinglish, and it replies the same way. It can also draft messages for your customers in both languages.
Is my data safe? Who can see my chats?
Your assistant runs on its own private server, only for you. Only the people you approve can talk to it, the control panel is password-protected, and conversations, memory and settings are backed up every night.
Can it do something wrong on its own?
Scheduled checks only look — they never change anything. Anything that deletes, sends, pays or changes a system waits for your approval with one tap. It also takes a snapshot before editing files, so changes can be undone.

Can my staff use it on mobile?
Yes. It works inside WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Teams on any phone. You can add managers; each gets a private conversation, and you decide what each person may ask it to do.
Will my WhatsApp number get banned?
The assistant talks only to you and your team, not to thousands of customers, and we set it up on its own number or on the official WhatsApp Business route. Your customer-facing WhatsApp numbers stay separate.
Which apps can it connect to?
Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, your website, your CRM, your team inbox, your automations and hundreds of other services through standard connectors. If an app has an API or a website, it can usually be connected.
What if the AI is slow or down?
It has automatic fallback: if one AI model is busy or unavailable, it moves to the next one and the job still finishes. You are told if a scheduled job could not complete.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk to it in plain language. We set it up, connect your apps, look after it and improve it every month.
Can it talk to my customers too?
